Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Ruben Neves for Wolverhampton Wanderers against Leicester City.
Neves was brilliant during Wolves’ 4-3 win against Leicester at the Molineux Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
According to WhoScored, the 21-year-old midfielder provided one assist, took three shots, had a pass accuracy of 74.5%, won one header, and made two tackles, three interceptions and one clearance.
The Portugal international midfielder has made 20 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Wolves so far this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
Liverpool were linked with a move for Neves in the summer of 2018, with FourFourTwo reporting in April 2018 that the Reds were interested in signing the midfielder from Wolves.
Back in April 2018, The Mirror reported of Tottenham’s interest in signing Neves in the summer of 2018.
