The report has claimed that both Liverpool and Manchester United want to sign Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.
The two Premier League clubs had scouts watching the England international midfielder in action for Dortmund against Borussia Monchengladbach last Friday evening.

Bellingham started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes.
