Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool and Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United are among the clubs linked with Arnau Martinez.
According to 90min, Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur all have scouted Girona right-back Arnau Martinez this season.
Liverpool and Manchester United linked with Arnau Martinez
Aston Villa, Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen, Napoli and AS Roma are also keeping tabs on Martinez, who is a right-back by trade but can also play as a centre-back or as a winger.
Martinez has been on the books of Girona since 2018 and is now part of the Spanish club’s first team.
The 20-year-old has given one assist in five La Liga matches so far this season.

The Girona defender made 32 starts and one substitute appearance in La Liga last season.
Martinez scored three goals and gave four assists in those games.
Girona are second in the La Liga table at the moment with 22 points from nine matches, two points behind leaders Real Madrid and a point ahead of defending champions Barcelona, who are third.
My View: Liverpool more appealing than Manchester United for Arnau Martinez
In my opinion, Arnau Martinez would find Liverpool a more appealing club to move to than Manchester United.
Of course, United are a massive club, but they have not been particularly great on the pitch for a while now.
Liverpool regularly challenge for the Premier League title and have also won the UEFA Champions League in recent years.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is the number one right-back at Liverpool now.
But, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp could deploy Alexander-Arnold in midfield and use Martinez at right-back.
Klopp has a very good track record of improving and developing players.
Mohamed Salah became world class under Klopp at Liverpool.
Youngster Harvey Elliott is growing under Klopp.
I believe that Martinez could improve and add facets to his game under Klopp at Liverpool.
