Liverpool and Everton target is reportedly holding talks with PSG.

Liverpool and Everton transfer target David Neres is holding talks with Paris Saint-Germain, report Brazilian outlet UOL Esporte.
Le10Sport reported Liverpool’s interest last month, with The Telegraph reporting Everton and Arsenal’s desire to sign him.
Neres’ holding talks with PSG has the potential to be a big blow to the Premier League sides who are keen on the winger.
Yet he is far from convinced by the French champions.
UOL Esporte report Neres is worried he would not be a first team regular at the Ligue 1 side.

The report claims Neres believes the quartet of Neymar, Cavani, Mbappé and Di Maria would block his path to being a regular. Only if PSG sell one of them, will he jump at the chance to join the club.
This keeps the Premier League teams’ dream alive, but is better for Everton than Liverpool.
Liverpool like PSG have an established set of world class forward players, and this could put Neres off joining.
If Everton push ahead to hold talks with the Ajax star, making a strong pitch to show he could be one of their top stars might be enough to persuade him to make the leap, despite their lack of European football.
