Arsenal are claimed to be on the hunt for a central defender in the summer transfer window and could reportedly be interested once they appoint a successor to Arsene Wenger.

The Sun has also reported that Liverpool may be keen on securing the services of the 23-year-old centre-back, who is claimed to earn £100,000 per week as salary at City.

Good signing

Stones would be a brilliant signing for Arsenal or Liverpool in the summer transfer window, even if they have to pay £47.5m.

The England international central defender has had injury issues this season, but when fully fit and on form, he is one of the best in his position in the Premier League.
