The Reds stopper has been crucial in his side’s run to the Champions League final.

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has named his save against Napoli in their final Champions League group game as his favourite moment of the Reds’ European campaign.
The Reds have made it all the way to the final of the tournament but they were made to work hard for it after initially struggling in the Group C, losing at Paris Saint-Germain, Napoli and Red Star Belgrade.
Going into the final match day, only a win against the Serie A side at Anfield would enable the hosts to progress to the last 16, and initially it looked promising as Mohamed Salah opened the scoring in the 34th minute.
Jurgen Klopp’s charges could not find a second to make things comfortable and in stoppage time, Arkadiusz Milik came close to levelling for Napoli, only for the Brazil stopper to keep the ball out and help his side sneak through in second at the expense of the Partenopei.

“Without a doubt, the save against Napoli was pretty much the last touch of the ball and that save could be counted as a goal, I say,” Alisson is quoted by the official Liverpool website as saying.
“But of course, my teammates played their part as well and that’s what makes it so special, to be part of that group and to be able to help them. They are such incredible players.”
Liverpool went on to beat Porto, Bayern Munich and Barcelona on the way to the final, which takes place at Madrid’s Wanda Metropolitano stadium and pits the Reds against fellow Premier League website Tottenham Hotspur.
