Xherdan Shaqiri joined Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
Shaqiri has been playing well for Liverpool in recent weeks and is starting to show what he is capable of.
The 27-year-old winger has made three starts and five substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Reds so far this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
Shaqiri joined Liverpool from Stoke City in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by The Mirror to be worth £13 million.
The Switzerland international has suggested that his best is yet to come and wants to score more goals.
Shaqiri told The Mirror: “Of course I’m confident there are more goals to come. It’s always better if you’ve got better players around you, if you can be more offensive, if you know that you are for sure going to have more possession than the opponent.
“But also you need to be ready to train hard every day. I’m feeling good, I’m fit, and I’m trying to give my best every time I get a chance.”

Shaqiri has only just started to play regularly for Liverpool, and the former Bayern Munich star is showcasing his quality.
While it is going to be hard for the Switzerland international to play week in and week out for Liverpool give the strong competition for places, there is no doubt that the 27-year-old is capable of contributing with important goals as the season progresses.
