Wolverhampton Wanderers travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool on Sunday.

Liverpool take on Wolves in the final Premier League game of the season on Sunday, and Virgil van Dijk offered high words of praise for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
The Black Country outfit have enjoyed a superb debut season in the Premier League, and they currently sit in seventh spot in the table.
Wolves will qualify for the Europa League next season if Manchester City manage to beat Watford in the FA Cup final later this month, and that would represent an unbelievable achievement for the football club.
Liverpool are in desperate need of a victory against Wolves on Sunday, as they look to leapfrog Man City on the final day, but they will have their work cut-out against Nuno’s side.
Van Dijk spoke to reporters, and raved about how well the Black Country outfit have done this season, as quoted by the Daily Mail:

“They’ve been outstanding – one of the revelations this season with a fantastic manager. We have to be ready for a big fight. We’ll try to get the three points. And if we do that and if City do it then congratulations to them because they have been outstanding as well and if not we’re going to be very happy.”
Whatever happens on the final day, Wolves can be really proud of themselves this season, and there is not telling what they can achieve next term.
