Leeds United face Everton on Tuesday in a game that the Whites will fancy winning.

The West Yorkshire outfit have started this season brilliantly, and while they were beaten by Brighton at the weekend, they can still be very happy with how things are going.

Everton are struggling at the moment under Frank Lampard, and Leeds will certainly want to get one over their old adversary here.

Indeed, it’s fair to say that Leeds and Lampard get on like chalk and cheese. Leeds fans love to mock the Chelsea legend at any given opportunity, while his time at Derby County and Spygate saw Lampard become public enemy number one at Elland Road for quite some time.

This has all of the ingredients necessary to be a spicy affair, and with that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting Leeds’ starting XI for this one.

Leeds’ predicted XI vs Everton

Despite being handed their first loss of the season to Brighton a matter of days ago, we think that Leeds will make just one change to this starting XI.

Yes, rotation is key when there is fixture congestion, but so early in the season we can’t imagine too many players are feeling the signs of fatigue at this point.

We expect that this team won’t change too much, but we’ve tipped Luis Sinisterra to come into the side in place of Dan James as the Welshman continues to be linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur or Everton.

Sinisterra looked incredibly bright against Brighton at the weekend, and now that the South American seems up to speed after his injury, we’re expecting him to become a mainstay in this side down the wing.
