These days, Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun is dropping more hints than a woman who’s desperate to get married – and he’s just tweeted another one today.
It was reported a couple of weeks ago that Arsenal’s hierarchy have told the 19-year-old sensation that he can leave North London [Goal.com].
Balogun hasn’t made his senior debut for the Gunners in a competitive game yet but he’s a very highly-rated player and one who they rejected a £5 million bid for in January.
The New York-born marksman is contracted to the club until 2021 and negotiations over a new deal have reached an impasse, prompting speculation about a switch to the likes of AC Milan among others.
Responding to a compilation of his best bits for Arsenal’s Under-23s on Twitter, Balogun posted that emoji of the two eyes, followed by the ‘shushing face’ one.
The player clearly knows something that fans don’t right, but here’s how supporters reacted on Twitter.
This is Balogun’s latest in a series of emoji-based clues, but we’re still no nearer to hearing something concrete about his future.
