The win against Palace means that Liverpool remain at the top of the Premier League table with 60 points from 23 matches, four points clear of second-placed Manchester City.
The performance of the Reds against the Palace and the way in which they eked out the win shows the resilience of the players and their ability to grind out results.
This could well be the season in which Liverpool win the title in the Premier League era.
