West Ham are considering Unai Emery or Manuel Pellegrini as their new manager, so should Everton do the same?
West Ham United are currently on the search for a new manager for next season with David Moyes unlikely to continue, according to the Daily Mail.
Moyes guided the Hammers to a 3-1 victory against his former team Everton on the final day of the Premier League season to see them finish 13th in the table.
When the Scot was appointed, his task was to guide the club away from relegation, but despite achieving that the hierarchy at the London Stadium still want to appoint a new boss.
Should Everton be competing?
The Toffees are another side looking for a new manager with Sam Allardyce also tipped to leave and West Ham appear to be competing with them for their two prime targets.
The Mirror reports that Marco Silva and Shakhtar Donetsk’s Paulo Fonseca are the two leading candidates to take over at Goodison Park and the East Londoners are also considering moves for the pair.
Therefore, should the Merseyside outfit at least take a closer look at Emery and Pellegrini? Although hiring them would seem ambitious, if West Ham have a chance then Everton certainly do.
