Liverpool transfer target Karim Adeyemi of RB Salzburg believes his style of play is akin to that of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Kylian Mbappe, via quotes by TuttoMercatoWEB.
Adeyemi has enjoyed a sensational campaign in Austria this season to put a number of top European sides on alert. The 19-year-old has struck 15 goals and laid on three assists in 26 appearances in all competitions, including three in five Champions League group stage ties.
He will look to add to his record against Sevilla on Wednesday night, as the two clubs battle Lille and Wolfsburg to top Group G. Just three-points currently separate the four teams.

Adeyemi grew up dreaming of playing in and one day winning the Champions League. He spent his early years in the Bayern Munich academy, but left the Bavarian giants in 2011.
The forward developed a great respect for Arjen Robben’s ability on Der FCB’s wings. But Adeyemi sees himself more in Mbappe and Aubameyang than the one-time UCL winner.
“When I was playing at Bayern in the Under-9 and Under-10 [teams], I was a great fan,” Adeyemi said. “I liked Robben, I think he was one of the best left-handed players.
“Do I look like him [on the pitch]? No, I’m more like Mbappe or Aubameyang. Every child dreams of playing in the Champions League and, of course, winning it.”

Liverpool to miss out on their own Mbappe with Adeyemi eying transfer elsewhere
Adeyemi will hope to boast a record – and the medals to match – as good as Aubameyang, Mbappe or Robben one day. Liverpool will, too, if they win the race for the Salzburg star.
Reports by Sky Germany noted in October that Liverpool made enquiries into a transfer of Adeyemi from RB Salzburg. The Austrian side will want €30m-40m (£25.5m-£34m) to sell.
But the Reds face strong competition from Borussia Dortmund for the three-cap German striker. That’s because Sky Germany now report Adeyemi has snubbed joining Barcelona in favour of the Bundesliga outfit and establishing his credentials there ahead of Euro 2024.
Aubameyang enjoyed a goal-laden spell at the Westfalenstadion that Adeyemi would seek to replicate. The Arsenal striker netted 141 times in 214 games for BVB, including 15 in 32 Champions League appearances. He never advanced beyond the quarter-finals, however.
