Celtic winger Scott Sinclair played with Didier Drogba at Chelsea.
Celtic midfielder Liam Henderson has revealed to The Scotsman what he has asked teammate Scott Sinclair about Didier Drogba.
Sinclair, who joined Celtic from Championship club Aston Villa in the summer transfer window, played with Drogba at Chelsea.
The 38-year-old striker, now on the books of Montreal Impact, is one of the greatest players in Chelsea history.
The former Ivory Coast international is great with free kicks, and 20-year-old Celtic midfielder Henderson has revealed that he has been asking winger Sinclair about the technique used by Drogba.
“Myself I love reading about dead-ball technique,” Henderson told The Scotsman. “How did [Andrea] Pirlo do it? That kind of thing.
“I’m back at Celtic now so I’ve been asking Scott Sinclair from his time at Chelsea how [Didier] Drogba did it.”
Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 31 points from 11 matches.
Brendan Rodgers’s side are 10 points clear of second-placed Aberdeen with a game in hand.
The Glasgow giants will return to action on Friday evening when they take on Kilmarnock away from home at Rugby Park in the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic are firm favourites to win the league title this season, and the Hoops should wrap it up with ease.
Henderson will be looking to cement his place in the starting lineup as the season progresses.
