Tom Rogic is comfortably one of Celtic’s best players.

Liam Henderson has called former Celtic team-mate Tom Rogic a ‘genius’.
Former Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers sold Henderson to Bari in January of 2018, but the 22-year-old had been a colleague of the Australian international at Lennoxtown.
Rogic is one of the bigger names on the Hoops’ books and often finds himself linked with Premier League clubs.
Speaking to 90 Minute Cynic, Henderson, now with Hellas Verona, praised a number of his former team-mates, but particularly drooled over the 26-year-old.
“Tom as well. I need to give a mention to him. Tom is a genius, a genius,” he told 90 Minute Cynic.
“If you’re in a situation and you don’t know what to do with the ball, just give it to Tom because you know he’s going to keep it.
“They’re all top players. But Tom’s a genius. A touch like velvet, do you know what I mean?”
Rogic is indeed a fantastic footballer and Celtic have missed his ingenuity from midfield.
The Bhoys star hasn’t kicked a ball for the Scottish Premiership leaders since December after suffering a knee injury in Asia Cup duty.
Celtic, who have already won the League Cup and boast a 10-point lead in the title race, need to win the Scottish Cup to complete a historic treble Treble and if Rogic can return before the semi-final with Aberdeen then that’s a huge boost.
