Ezgjan Alioski joined Leeds United in the summer of 2017.

The 26-year-old Leeds central defender has shared what he told his teammate and 26-year-old winger Alioski.
Cooper told Leeds Live: “We all want the same thing and obviously people are going to get frustrated and people are going to be disappointed when they’re not playing or when they get brought off, but I had a conversation with Gjanni the other day as well.
“I said ‘it’s all about the team, the manager’s making changes to try and better us [with] what he feels he needs at that stage in the game.’”

Leadership
Cooper’s advice to Alioski shows just good a leader and captain he is for Leeds, and the Elland Road faithful should be pleased.
The 26-year-old former Chesterfield defender himself has not had a great season on a personal level, but the ex-Scotland Under-19 international seems to be there for his teammates.

Alioski, who cost Leeds £3.2 million in transfer fees when they signed him from Lugano in the summer of 2017 as reported by The Yorkshire Evening Post, has scored seven goals and provided five assists in 39 Championship starts for the West Yorkshire outfit this season.
Leeds were in the running for the Championship playoffs in the opening months of the season, but the 2017-18 campaign has turned out to be hugely disappointing for the Whites.
