Leeds United overcame Nottingham Forest on Wednesday evening and the midfielder played a blinder.

Leeds United got back to winning ways this week when they overcame Nottingham Forest courtesy of goals from Chris Wood and Souleymane Doukara.

While the scorers took the plaudits, there was another Leeds player who had one of his best outings since arriving at Elland Road.

He also recovered the ball on eight occasions and he was not dispossessed all evening, proving his importance in the centre of the park.

With two effective clearances and 64 touches, the Leeds player did everything asked of him and on this evidence he will be vital for the club not just in the Championship but also when they finally return to the top flight.
