Premier League clubs Spurs, Leicester and Norwich City reportedly want Dan Happe – and so do Championship giants Leeds United.

The race for Dan Happe is hotting up.
Leyton Orient have already lost their star striker and top scorer Macauley Bonne to Charlton Athletic and their 20-year-old centre-back could be on his way out of Brisbane Road too.
According to The Mail, Leeds United are long-term admirers of Dan Happe with Leicester City and Norwich both keen to give him a chance in the Premier League.
The report claims that, with just one year left on his contract, the departure of a defender who has been compared to England star Harry Maguire is nothing short of ‘inevitable’.
And Tottenham Hotspur are in the race now. The Sun states that Spurs have had a £300,000 bid rejected but, given that Mauricio Pochettino has turned so many young players into England internationals over the last five years, North London could be the perfect destination for Happe to fulfil his potential.
Unsurprisingly, Orient want a lot more than £300,000 and the club’s famously loyal fanbase have been quick to point out that a talented young English centre-back should be worth a whole lot more in an era where Harry Maguire is on the market for £80 million (The Mirror).
