Lewis Cook still cares for former club Leeds United.

Leeds United received a number of messages from former players celebrating their centenary on Thursday.
One of those was Lewis Cook, the player who was once Leeds’ great hope after he made his debut for the club in the Championship at just 17.
The pace of his development outgrew Leeds’ stagnating progress, needing to be tested in the Premier League, and former owner Massimo Cellino cashed in before his contract expired.
Injuries have since hampered his development at Bournemouth, but he has not forgotten the club which helped him secure a top flight switch.
Cook sent a message to Leeds yesterday, thanking the club for helping his career.
Cook’s message received plenty of responses from Leeds supporters, many of who urged him to return to the club.
He has just returned from a serious ACL injury and is hoping to soon settle and play regularly for the Cherries. He has four appearances so far since coming back.
Here is a look at how Leeds fans responded to his message…
