Leeds United can be “dangerous” under the new man, claims Lewis Baker.

Lewis Baker has told LUTV that Marcelo Bielsa can turn Leeds United into a “dangerous” team.
Leeds arguably boast the most high-profile head coach in the Championship for now after appointing the former Lazio, Athletic Bilbao and Argentine manager earlier this summer.
Bielsa has made headlines for the pre-season regimen that he has subjected United players to so far, with The Times reporting that he made them train twice a day on their first day back.
Tyler Roberts revealed to the Whites’ official website recently that the players are buying into his physical and tactical demands so far – a sentiment echoed by Baker.
Asked on LUTV how the Leeds players’ tactical game is improving under Bielsa, Baker, a loan signing from Chelsea, said: “Yeah it’s been a lot of work, a lot of concentration, but I think when we start getting it right we’ll be dangerous in this league.”
“Pre-season is mainly about fitness but we’re trying to impose what we’re doing in training into the games, so yeah mainly about fitness but we’re imposing the tactical side too.”
Baker, who earns £20,000 per week at Chelsea [Spotrac], scored his first goal for the club on Tuesday as an under-strength Leeds XI went down 4-3 away to Oxford United, after being 4-1 down.
Such scorelines do not reflect well on Baker in light of his comments about how “dangerous” the Whites can be, but the midfielder, at 23, was the second oldest player in the starting lineup, which ought to illustrate that Bielsa opted for a youthful XI.
The Elland Road kick off their Championship campaign at home to Stoke City on Sunday week.
