And now, after Chelsea’s interest in the Ivory Coast international has surfaced, the Tottenham chairman could very well be left with egg on his face.
Spurs fans are already extremely frustrated with their club’s lack of signings, and missing out on Aurier to Chelsea will only compound their misery.
