The Tottenham Hotspur star could be set for an exit from the club this summer.

Tottenham seem intent on strengthening their squad this summer, with some huge names being linked with a move to north London.
Lyon ace Tanguy Ndombele is inching ever closer to joining Spurs, according to the Telegraph, whilst a deal to sign winger Jack Clarke is all but done, according to the Guardian.
Meanwhile, Giovani Lo Celso is another name reportedly on Mauricio Pochettino’s wish-list (Daily Star).
The problem for Tottenham, however, is that if they do sign all of their top targets, there will undoubtedly be one or two exits.
One player heavily linked with a move away from Spurs this summer is Christian Eriksen.
The Dane is out of contract with Tottenham in the summer of 2020, and he is a transfer target for Real Madrid and Manchester United, according to the London Evening Standard.
The newspaper suggests that United believe that will be able to sign the Spurs ace for around £70-80 million, but Daniel Levy quite simply cannot allow this to happen.

Strengthening the Red Devils will be a real no-no for the north London outfit, and Levy must do all he can to ship Eriksen abroad, even if it means taking a substantial hit on the Dane’s market value.
Tottenham should offer the 27-year-old to Madrid, or any other elite European club for that matter, for somewhere in the region of £50-60 million. There would surely be plenty of takers, and despite the fact that they could probably get more money from United, selling him for a cheaper fee abroad would serve them better in the long run.
