Tottenham Hotspur ended their pre-season tour of the United States with a 3-0 defeat to Manchester City in Nashville this morning.
Spurs had beaten Paris Saint-Germain 4-2 before losing 3-2 to Roma in midweek, and ended their tour on a sour note as Premier League rivals Manchester City swept them aside.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has never been one for splashing exorbitant sums on new signings, but the manner of Tottenham’s defeat has left fans angry and frustrated with the lack of additions.
Fans took to Twitter to ask whether Levy was watching the game, as it’s so clear that Tottenham need to make signings to keep up with the likes of Chelsea and City, and desperately appealed for new signings in order to maintain the club’s place in the top four this coming season.
