Some Tottenham Hotspur fans are over the moon after hearing reports that Spurs have scheduled talks with Joachim Andersen’s representatives.
According to Danish outlet BT, Tottenham are set to have a meeting next week about a potential move for Andersen in the summer.
As you can imagine, this has sparked something of a reaction amongst the Tottenham fanbase.
Spurs fans are buzzing to see that the club are moving quickly for a much-needed centre-half reinforcement, and it’s clear to see that many supporters rate Andersen very highly.
Unfortunately for Tottenham, they’re not the only club interested.
Indeed, Leicester, Chelsea and Crystal Palace are all reportedly keen on the Lyon defender, so bringing him in may not be all that straightforward.
Luckily, Spurs have registered their interest early and this meeting next week could be crucial in terms of bringing the defender to north London.
