Some Manchester City fans on social media have been reacting after Duncan Castles reported on the Transfer Window Podcast that they’ve made an offer for Harry Kane.
It’s quite an open secret that Kane is looking for a way out of north London this summer, and it seems as though City have offered him a route out of Spurs.
Unfortunately, we don’t know how much City have offered for Kane, but unless their opening bid was extraordinary, it’s hard to imagine that Daniel Levy will have accepted it without a bit of negotiation first.
Levy is known as one of the toughest negotiators in the game, and Kane is probably the greatest asset he’s ever had at Tottenham, so it’s hard to believe that he’ll allow him to leave for a penny less than he believes he’s worth.
Kane could be on the move this summer, and it seems as though City are one of the front-runners in the race for his signature.
