The Citizens midfielder has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich in recent days.

Manchester City midfielder Leroy Sane has taken to Twitter to bang the drum ahead of the club’s FA Cup final meeting with Watford at Wembley Stadium this weekend.
The Citizens superbly held off the challenge of Liverpool to secure the Premier League title for a second successive season, finishing on 98 points to the Reds’ 97.
Pep Guardiola’s charges have picked up two trophies so far this season, adding the league to the EFL Cup won in February in the eventual penalty shootout win over Chelsea.

They now have the possibility to make it a domestic treble when they face the Hornets in London on Saturday, and Sane tweeted the following message in midweek:
Sane is a fan favourite at Man City but his future at the Etihad Stadium is uncertain, having struggled for game time on occasions – he started only 21 of City’s 38 top-flight matches this season, and four of 10 in the Champions League.
According to the Daily Record, Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are interested in the Germany international and have even been granted permission to speak to his representatives with a view to agreeing contractual terms.
Some Man City fans replied to his tweet pleading with him not to leave the Etihad:
