Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on Koln’s Leonardo Bittencourt.

Tottenham Hotspur’s focus will certainly be on Monday night’s game against Watford, but Mauricio Pochettino may also have on eye on the form of Koln star Leonardo Bittencourt.
Spurs can nail down a top four place with a win on Monday, which would give Pochettino a major carrot to offer in the transfer market, especially to a player like Bittencourt.
Kicker recently reported that Tottenham are interested in landing Bittencourt this summer, with a release clause in his contract stating that he can leave for just €8million (£7million) if Koln suffered relegation from the Bundesliga.
Today, Koln lost 3-2 at Freiburg to confirm their relegation, but that didn’t stop Bittencourt from enjoying another superb afternoon for his side.

Bittencourt notched both goals for Koln in their defeat, and since being linked with that move to Spurs at the start of the month, Bittencourt has hit four goals and two assists in just four games.
The former Borussia Dortmund talent, now 25, is enjoying a sensational run of form, and he is now in position to make a move this summer with his £7million clause now able to be activated.
With Spurs potentially looking for cover for Christian Eriksen, Bittencourt could fit the bill, especially at his bargain price, and Pochettino may be impressed with his stunning displays.
