West Ham have made seven high-profile signings already this summer.

West Ham have brought in seven high-profile signings, spending big on Issa Diop, Andriy Yarmolenko and Felipe Anderson, while Lukasz Fabianski, Ryan Fredericks, Felipe Balbuena and Jack Wilshere have also joined the Hammers.
Last summer, Everton spent big bucks under Ronald Koeman but with a new-look side, the squad failed to gel and Koeman was sacked by October with the club nearing the foot of the Premier League table.
Osman warned the Hammers that bringing too many players in at once could unbalance the side, and prevent the east Londoners from impressing under new manager Manuel Pellegrini.
“They’ve brought in Pellegrini to make sure someone is at the helm who knows what they’re doing,” Osman said. “But bringing in all those players in one bunch – I mean – look at Everton last season.
“We brought so many players in, for so much money, that everyone thought the season would be fantastic. It as far from it. You’ve got to be careful because it does take a while to make that transition.
“It’s an exciting time for West Ham, they’re putting money into the club. But they’ve got to be careful, it doesn’t just happen overnight. It does take time.”

Everton brought in the likes of Davy Klaassen, Michael Keane, Jordan Pickford and Wayne Rooney but Koeman’s outlay was hardly repaid, as the club eventually finished in eighth under Sam Allardyce.
Brazilian winger Anderson finally joined the club this week after weeks of talks with Lazio president Claudio Lotito, and he becomes the club’s club-record signing – something which the Hammers had already broken with the signing of Diop.
West Ham finished 13th last season but after some serious spending, they will be expecting to mirror the successes of 2015-16 where Slaven Bilic took the Hammers to a lofty seventh place.
