Celtic are reportedly continuing their pursuit of Hibernian midfielder John McGinn.

Hibernian boss Neil Lennon has told BBC Sport that there hasn’t been a third bid from Celtic for midfielder John McGinn, but praised the Scot’s attitude.
McGinn, 23, has starred for Hibs since his 2015 move from St Mirren, bagging 16 goals in more than 130 appearances for the club whilst also earning nine Scotland caps.
Regarded as one of the top midfielders in the Scottish Premiership, McGinn has unsurprisingly attracted interest, and Celtic have been strongly pursuing him this summer.
Celtic sold midfielder Stuart Armstrong to Southampton last month, and are subsequently looking for a replacement, with Brendan Rodgers identifying McGinn as the man he wants.
Last week, as reported by BBC Sport, Hibernian rejected Celtic’s second bid for McGinn, totalling just shy of £2million, with Hibs holding out for more.

The Glasgow Evening Times reported earlier this week that McGinn has told Hibs that he wants to move to Celtic, and the Daily Mail claim a third bid is imminent.
Now, Lennon has told BBC Sport that there hasn’t been a third bid from Celtic yet, and whilst us has been unsettling for McGinn, he feels the midfielder has changed his mindset through the saga, as he is now focused and more relaxed than before.
“Not at the minute there hasn’t been,” said Lennon when asked about a third bid. “It was a little bit unsettling for him, but I think he’s focused again now and a lot more relaxed about things because it is a difficult position that a player finds himself in sometimes. But he’s ready to play. He’s come through the thigh problem he had last week and we’ll see how he is tonight at training,” he added.
