Celtic are long term admirers of Nick Powell, and so is Neil Lennon.

Celtic are still interested in signing Nick Powell, report Teamtalk.
The club have been linked throughout the season, with Powell’s contract at Wigan expiring.
How hard they push to sign him could depend on Neil Lennon landing the job as permanent manager.
Powell, 25, is a player Lennon has coveted for a while.
So far back, that he even looked at signing him during his last spell at Celtic.
The Mail reported in 2014 how Lennon personally scouted Powell while he was under contract to Manchester United.

He was on loan at Wigan at the time, where he ended up signing permanently.
Lennon left Celtic in May, never getting the chance to see through his pursuit of Powell.
Now he could have a second chance, if the board let him.
But with rumours of Celtic’s interest continuing to swirl, and Lennon’s admiration, this is one deal parties should look to come to an agreement on.
