The Dutchman just wants Everton’s stars to be professional.

Everton defender Leighton Baines has told the Liverpool Echo that the one thing Ronald Koeman has asked of them is that they are professional.
Koeman took charge at Goodison Park earlier this year following the sacking of Roberto Martinez before the end of last season.
He has since spent the summer working with the squad he inherited from the Spaniard as he looks to implement his own style at the club.

It has been a bright start for him too, drawing with Tottenham Hotspur and beating West Brom in their first two Premier League games, as well as a win over Yeovil in the EFL Cup.
Many would expect him to be asking a lot of the players in the early days of his reign but Baines says that isn’t the case.
“I don’t know if I would say he is strict, because in my opinion it is all very reasonable,” he told the Liverpool Echo.
“We are just asked to be good professionals. It’s not too much to ask. I don’t find – and I’m sure it’s the same for a lot of the other players – that much has changed.”

It will certainly make for interesting viewing with Everton this season as they look to bounce back from two disappointing seasons.
They have made a strong start to life under Koeman, with several of their stars looking reenergised under the Dutch legend.
Of course, as with many clubs, much is likely to rest on the work they can do in the remainder of the transfer window, as several areas still need improvement before that closes on Wednesday.
