The Celtic hitman is aiming for a pre-season return.

Leigh Griffiths has confirmed that he’ll be back for Celtic this pre-season [BBC Sport].
The Scottish hitman hasn’t kicked a ball for club or country since December.
Griffiths was given personal time off away from football, but he’ll be back next season and he’ll no doubt remind Scottish football how he lethal he is.
It’s easy to forget, but the 28-year-old is a 40-goal-a-season striker.
Before the likes of Moussa Dembele and Odsonne Edouard moved to Glasgow, Griffiths was phenomenally efficient up front under Ronny Deila, scoring that amount during the 2015-16 campaign.
Of course, he will share the number nine role with Edouard next term, but if Griffiths is on form then there’s just nothing that his French team-mate will be able to do, unless Neil Lennon finds a way to play them both.
Plus, it was Lennon who originally signed the former Wolves and Hibernian marksman. He is obviously a big fan and it’ll be so interesting to see if the striker can pick up where he left off in the pre-Brendan Rodgers era.
