Celtic ran out 2-1 winners over Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final.

Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has told the Herald Scotland that Brendan Rodgers took the pressure off his side, before the Scottish Cup final on Saturday.
Celtic went into the match at Hampden Park against Aberdeen, knowing that they could complete an unbeaten domestic season, if they were to lift the trophy.
But Griffiths says that Rodgers was keen to stress the achievements that Celtic’s squad had picked up already this season, before kick-off.

“The gaffer stressed before the kick-off that we’d already made history,” Griffiths revealed.
”The fact that we’ve added to that is something that our kids will remember for their whole lifetime. It’s the first time I’ve won the Scottish Cup so I’m going to savour this – I’ll be out for a few days! I won’t be taking this for granted.”
Celtic went on to win the match 2-1 in dramatic circumstances, with Tom Rogic netting the deciding goal.

Aberdeen had matched Celtic for much of the match, and actually took the lead early on.
However, the Bhoys showed their powers of recovery. Stuart Armstrong first fired home to level things up, before Rogic’s magnificent individual strike ensured that Celtic sealed the treble in Rodgers’ first season in charge.
