The Bhoys got the better of Old Firm rivals Rangers 5-1 with ease at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.
Griffiths did not feature in the match due to injury, but the Scotland international enjoyed the win.
The 26-year-old former Wolverhampton Wanderers striker has taken to Twitter to express his delight at the win for Brendan Rodgers’s side.

The former Dundee striker has also praised his Celtic teammate Moussa Dembele for his performance against Rangers.
Dembele was the star of the show for the Hoops, as he scored a hat-trick in the 5-1 victory.
