Leigh Griffiths has played a huge part in Celtic’s success during these past three seasons.

Leigh Griffiths has lauded ‘magnificent’ Celtic after they beat Hearts 2-1 on Saturday afternoon to win the Scottish Cup at Hampden and admitted he has found it ‘difficult’ watching on from the sidelines.
The Parkhead favourite also shared that he’ll be back in action for ‘pre-season’ in the summer as the Bhoys aim to secure nine Scottish Premiership titles in a row next term.
The result and win on Saturday meant that Celtic recorded a historic treble-treble, an achievement which was started by Brendan Rodgers and ended by Neil Lennon.
Speaking to BBC Sport Scotland (25/05/2019 at 5:20 pm) after the game, Griffiths shared his thoughts on Celtic’s win and watching on from the sidelines.
On the scenes after the game: “Unbelievable,” Griffiths told BBC One Scotland. “I wasn’t involved and I haven’t been involved in a long time but this is a great club to be involved with.
“The boys played magnificently in the second half and went 1-0 down against a difficult side, but we came back and won a cup and deservedly so. It’s special, but the players knew what was at stake. Historymakers again and we just had to go out and perform.
On watching on from the sidelines: “It’s difficult for me, but you need to give credit to the boys. It’s not about me, it’s about the 18 and everyone else involved – I’ll be back for pre-season”

After the match, Celtic confirmed on their official Twitter account that Lennon has been offered the Parkhead job on a full-time basis.
The Northern Irishman, who was working at Hibernian earlier on in the campaign, initially took the job on a temporary basis after Rodgers had left for Leicester.
Having previous experience in the role, Lennon effortlessly guided the club to another Premiership crown and now the Scottish Cup.
A big summer awaits for the club because the players they bring in during the transfer market will have big bearings on who wins the title next term.
