Leigh Griffiths is one of the best players in the current Celtic team.

Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has admitted to The Scottish Sun that he was frustrated last season.
Griffiths has injury problems during the 2016-17 campaign and was also behind Moussa Dembele in the pecking order.
Dembele, who joined Celtic in the summer of 2016, was the first-choice striker for Brendan Rodgers’s side last season and banged in the goals for fun.

The Frenchman has had injury problems of his own this season, thereby opening the door for Griffiths.
The Scotland international striker has made the most of the chances he has got, and has been among the goals both in the Scottish Premiership and in the Champions League.
The 27-year-old former Livingston and Dundee striker, who has been on the books of Celtic since January 2014 when he joined from Wolverhampton Wanderers for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £1 million, has admitted that it was frustrating for him last season.

“There were a lot of times last season where I felt down on myself because I wasn’t playing and Moussa being there and I was injured,” Griffiths told The Scottish Sun. “It was frustrating.
“But I worked hard behind the scenes, I worked with the manager at Celtic and every day on my rehab stuff to keep myself fit. And it’s paying off. I can last 90 minutes now when before I’d only get 60.”
