Leicester City loanee Josh Knight played in defensive midfield for Peterborough United last night.

Leicester City youngster Josh Knight has earned rave reviews from Peterborough United fans for his performance last night.
Leicester loaned Knight to Posh in January, and the prospect has forced his way into Darren Ferguson’s side now.
Knight was selected to start in a defensive midfield role for Posh last night during their match with Portsmouth, and he put in an outstanding display.
The Foxes academy graduate was rock solid in a position that he is not particularly familiar with, as Peterborough picked up a shock 3-2 victory at Fratton Park.
And Leicester fans will be very encouraged to read how Knight is getting on at London Road.
Knight is highly regarded at Leicester, but he faces a tough task to break into Brendan Rodgers’ first-team.
Leicester have Harry Maguire, Wes Morgan, Çağlar Söyüncü and Jonny Evans competing for place in the centre of their defence, while Filip Benkovic is also due to return in the summer from a loan spell with Celtic.
If Knight does become available for transfer from Leicester, Posh may well try to put themselves at the front of the queue for his signature, after his successful loan spell so far.
