One particular area where the Dutchman will surely be looking to bolster is the attacking wide positions, with Yannick Bolasie still recovering from a long-term injury, and Aaron Lennon’s ongoing personal problems well-documented.

With this in mind, a useful option for Everton could be Foxes winger Demarai Gray. The 20-year-old would inject a much needed level of youth and energy into the Blues’ lineup, and his pace and direct playing style would most certainly be an upgrade on what is already available to Koeman.
Liverpool and Tottenham are keen on Gray, according to the Mirror, and with a £12 million buy-out clause inserted into his contract, there will surely be many more clubs interested in securing his services this summer, so Everton should not hesitate in making an early move for the Leicester man.

The former Birmingham City man can play anywhere along the front-line, although he is most comfortable when occupying the wide left role, and his arrival at Goodison Park would provide great competition for Kevin Mirallas in that particular position.
He is also not afraid to shoot from distance – something that would add another dimension to the Blues’ attack.
Despite the fact that the Toffees are not short of funds, the opportunity to acquire such a talented youngster for such minimal cost will surely appeal to the Merseysiders, and if they do manage to bring Gray to the club this summer, it could prove to be a signing that helps take them to another level.
