Brendan Rodgers returned to the Premier League with Leicester City on Tuesday but will Tierney follow him to the King Power from Celtic?

Now that Brendan Rodgers’ switch from Celtic to Leicester City has been confirmed, talk has inevitably turned to whether the new Foxes boss will return to raid his former club during the summer transfer window.
Rodgers’ reputation north of the border has already taken a battering after he walked away from The Hoops with three months left of the season.
And reports from The Times that he is keen to bring Callum McGregor and James Forrest with him to the King Power Stadium won’t go down too well in Glasgow. Neither will claims in The Sun that Leicester are ready to offer £25 million for coveted left-back Kieran Tierney.

Tierney has been arguably Celtic’s best player during the Rodgers era, the former Liverpool boss transforming him from a young academy hopeful into one of the stand-out full-backs in British football.
And The Sun believes that Rodgers would love to work with Tierney again at Leicester, particularly if Ben Chilwell leaves for Manchester City.
Celtic fans will be desperate to see one of their own stay but it seems that he would be welcomed at the King Power with open arms.
