There is no doubt that Jamie Vardy is a Leicester City legend. The Englishman has made the impossible, possible, and he reminded the fans of the day it all started.

Back in 2012, Leicester completed the signing of Vardy for just £1 million from Fleetwood Town (BBC). The Foxes hoped that he would be the one to get them back to the Premier League, but he did a lot more than that.

Vardy tweeted pictures from the day he signed for the club and Foxes fans were flooded with nostalgia.

Since his debut for Leicester, Vardy has played 300 times in all competitions and has scored 126 goals and provided 51 assists.

The now 33-year-old was one of the biggest reasons why Leicester beat all the odds to win the Premier League a few years ago and that cemented his status as a club legend.

Despite his age, Vardy is still banging in the goals. The Englishman is the top scorer in the Premier League this season, with 19 goals to help Leicester climb into the Champions League places.

Vardy is in the twilight of his career but there is nothing to suggest he is stopping any time soon. The Englishman is adored by Foxes fans across the globe and here is how a few of them reacted to his nostalgic tweet:
