Eagle-eyed fans have noticed that Harvey Elliott now has Liverpool decorations put up around his house.
Watching intently
Elliott posted a photo of himself watching Liverpool’s demolition of Manchester United on Sunday.
The picture was noticeable, as he didn’t appear to be wearing any strapping around his injured ankle.
But his affinity to Liverpool was once again clear.
Elliott grew up supporting Liverpool and on the window sill in his house there was a red Liver bird.
The ornament attracted the attention of Reds fans who spotted the image, and they really enjoyed seeing his love for the club on full display.
Come back soon?
Elliott may have been slightly rueful that he wasn’t able to play his part in Liverpool’s success at the weekend.
The youngster had begun the season in wonderful form, before picking up an injury against Leeds United.
Elliott is now set for a lengthy lay-off with injury, although there is hope that he could return ahead of schedule.
If Elliott does come back this season, he could add further creativity to Liverpool’s midfield options – which is a scary prospect for the rest of the Premier League, given how well Klopp’s side have opened the campaign.
