The Swansea City loanee has proved a composed and solid option at the back – an area Monk desperately wanted to improve.
He has also added a goal threat from attacking set-pieces – something Leeds fans have longed for.

1) Pontus Jansson
Undoubtedly the star for Leeds since his loan arrival from Torino. There is even a case that the Swede has been the best centre-back in the Championship so far this season.
A magnet to the ball with class in possession as well, Jansson is a dream option for the Championship.
Leeds fans will be hoping he can continue such form going forward.
