Tottenham Hotspur are said to be closing in on signing Jack Clarke from Leeds United this summer.

Spurs are keen on the youngster, and are said to be closing in on agreeing a deal with Leeds.
Although most Whites fans won’t want to see Clarke depart, the deal actually looks to be an excellent one.
Leeds need to raise funds to balance the books, and the sale of Clarke is one which makes a lot of sense.
Granted, the jinking winger has a great deal of potential and he may well go on to be worth more than £15 million for Tottenham in the future.
However, if Leeds manage to bring in big money for him now and get him back on loan for another season, then Victor Orta can feel proud of his work in the transfer window.
The incoming money that Leeds raise from the sale of Clarke can go towards strengthening their team for the upcoming campaign.

Leeds only need to tweak their line-up and with £15 million in the bank, they will surely be able to make the alterations that they need.
It is also worth noting that Leeds could have Clarke back for the season.
Clarke isn’t even a guaranteed starter in Marcelo Bielsa’s side, but he knows the club well and could be a very valuable weapon from the bench.
And if Leeds can push through the reported deal with Spurs then they must be very happy with it.
