The Leeds United defender appears to be very happy in his current surroundings.
Leeds United centre-back Pontus Jansson has been speaking to West Yorkshire Sport about his future and it is good news for Whites fans.
The Swedish defender arrived at Elland Road in a loan deal from Torino back in the summer and he quickly became a firm fan favourite and an integral part of Garry Monk’s squad.

It is widely expected that his temporary deal will be made permanent once the player reaches 20 first-team appearances for Leeds, and the 25-year-old appears keen to get things sorted.
“I feel it will be fine,” Jansson told West Yorkshire Sport. “I think it will be good for all parties.”
The news outlet claims Jansson wants to sort his future sooner rather than later and has no desire to return to his parent club.

Jansson has featured 14 times for Leeds so far this season, forming a superb partnership with fellow loanee Kyle Bartley.
Fans and Leeds staff alike will surely want to tie both men down if possible and when it comes to Jansson it does seem to be only a matter of time.
Next up for Leeds is a huge clash with Brighton & Hove Albion in the Championship on Friday evening, with both sides pushing hard for promotion.
