Leeds United defender Oriol Rey netted an impressive goal for the under-23s.

Leeds United signed a wave of young talent from across Europe during the summer to help their under-23 team as they build for the future.
Results have not been instant, with the young players taking a while to settle in, but the most encouraging sign came in their recent match against Nottingham Forest.
Teenage defender Oriol Rey scored a sumptuous volley from outside the box to earn his side a 1-1 draw in a game played at the City Ground.
Rey sent a message to supporters on Twitter after the game, expressing his satisfaction at scoring his first goal in a Leeds shirt.
The 19-year-old centre-back joined Leeds from Barcelona’s academy in the summer, one of two players to make the switch along with striker Kun Temenuzhkov.
Rey’s goal is a nice confidence boost for the youngster, who hopes to catch the eye of first team manager Thomas Christiansen.
With the first team struggling, Leeds could do with one or two of the youngsters stepping up to put pressur on the under-performers
