Leeds United’s on loan winger determined to get better.

Leeds United winger Jack Harrison scored what turned out to be a crucial winning goal against Swansea City.
For Harrison the game also marked another significant milestone. It was the first time he had completed 90 minutes in back to back games since September.
The youngster is kicking on after a difficult end to 2018, which saw him regularly substituted at half-time in games, amid Jack Clarke’s emergence.
Harrison has offered an insight into his turn around, discussing his dedication to improvement.
He says he is paying attention to video analysis of his performances, in an attempt to learn what he needs to change and adapt.
He told Leeds Live: “I like to stay level-headed, I don’t get too high or too low. I’m just going review this performance, see where I can improve and go from there.
“I get videos from Marcelo’s staff and there’s a team that works on loan players from Man City with video. I’m just trying to take as much advice from both sides and learn as much as I can.
“I think I’m continuing to improve and I’m always looking at highlights and listening to the manager, I have a lot of respect for him and his thoughts on my game. I’m trying to take in as much as I can and it’s hard at times but I’m willing to put in the work to get better.”

While Harrison has two separate staffs providing him with video analysis, his dedication to the cause is admirable.
He may simply be doing his job by paying attention to it and looking to learn, but it is this hard work on his behalf which will help him become a success.
Harrison’s spell at Leeds has been up and down, and this week was another reminder of the talent he has.
He has three goals this season, with two coming in his last six games, and possibly, it is starting to click for him.
