The Northern Ireland international was signed by his former Brentford boss Rosler.
It is never dull at Leeds United. This season has proved to be a rollercoaster yet again with the club already on their second manager. Leeds started the campaign with Uwe Rosler in the hotseat but he struggled to get the team winning and was let go by Massimo Cellino last month.
One player that Rosler brought in in the summer was Stuart Dallas. He was very key in the recruitment of the Northern Ireland winger, with whom he had a successful working relationship during their time together at Brentford.
Steve Evans is now the boss and if any of the Leeds players were likely to struggle adapting to the former Rotherham man it was likely to be the former Rosler favourite.
However he has made it clear that he is trying his utmost under the new management in an interview this week.
Dallas, who is away on international duty with the Northern Ireland, told the Belfast Telegraph this week:
“I am happy that I made the move to Leeds.
“It was Uwe Rosler, my old manager at Brentford, who brought me to Leeds and while I was sad to see him go, we have a new manager in Steve Evans and I’m trying my best for him and the club to help us move up the table.
“We had an important couple of wins before the international break and hopefully that form will continue.”
The wide man has impressed in his last two performances for Leeds as the club picked up two wins against Cardiff City and then Huddersfield Town – so it certainly appears that he is happy with the current situation at the club.
Leeds fans will hope he and the club continue their form after the international break.
