Leeds United winger Pawel Cibicki impressed Thomas Christiansen in training

Leeds United winger Pawel Cibicki is yet to make his debut in the Championship.

Thomas Christiansen has told BBC Radio Leeds that he has been impressed by Pawel Cibicki in Leeds United training over the international break.

Cibicki was brought to Leeds from Malmo during the summer transfer window, but he has been used very sparingly so far.

The Swedish forward has played just once for the Whites in the Carabao Cup, and he is still waiting for a chance to impress in the Championship.

Christiansen seems to have some doubts over utilising the 23-year-old, but the Leeds boss insists that Cibicki’s performances in training have caught his eye.

“I have wingers and Pawel has trained very well for the two weeks we have over the international break,” Christiansen said.
