Leeds want to sign Sergino Dest
Jesse Marsch’s appointment as Leeds boss was always bound to result in American players being linked with moves to Elland Road.
Brenden Aaronson continues to be touted as a Leeds target and Dest was suggested as an ambitious signing.
TEAMtalk reported in March that Leeds were keen to bring Dest to West Yorkshire.
Mundo Deportivo then claimed that Barcelona full back Dest was being offered to Leeds in a deal for Raphinha.
Dest was allegedly reluctant to make such a move and Leeds going down would make a move pretty much impossible.

Chelsea swap deal for Dest now looks possible
Any lingering Leeds hopes could be dealt a blow with Chelsea in the race to sign Dest.
Catalan newspaper SPORT report that Chelsea and Barcelona have been engaging in talks over potential swap deals.
Barcelona want to sign Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta to bolster their options across the back line.
Both Spaniard internationals may fancy heading back home but Barcelona don’t have huge money to spend on them.
Negotiations have brought up the idea of Chelsea signing goalkeeper Neto and right back Dest in exchange for Alonso and Azpilicueta.
Former Ajax ace Dest is allegedly valued at €20million (£17million) and seemingly doesn’t have a future at Barcelona.
Sadly for Leeds, it doesn’t look like his future is at Elland Road either.
