Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United are not willing to pay £30 million for Leeds United winger Jack Harrison, according to The Telegraph.
The report has claimed that Newcastle are interested in signing Harrison from Premier League rivals Leeds in the summer transfer window.
The West Yorkshire club are looking for £30 million for the 25-year-old, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder.
Newcastle are unwilling to match that asking price, according to The Telegraph, who had earlier claimed that Harrison is open to leaving Leeds this summer.
What should Newcastle United do about Leeds United’s Jack Harrison?
In our view, if Newcastle United are keen on Jack Harrison, then they have to pay the £30 million that Leeds United want.
It’s as simple as that.

Leeds do not have to sell the English player, who has a long-term contract at Elland Road.
The Whites, like other clubs, will be fully aware of the wealth of Newcastle’s owners, PIF, and they will try their utmost to get as much as possible for Harrison from the Magpies.
Harrison made 32 starts and three substitute appearance in the Premier League for Leeds this past season.
The Leeds no. 22 scored eight goals and gave one assist in those games.
